When trying to build pdf output as non administrator user this error occurs. Have tried with increased permission to C:\....\MiKTeX 2.7 folder but still no sucess.

What does pdflatex do? Do I need additional permissions?

Any help is welcomed

Its solved. Must have made some unintentional change to crop package, when I previously installed it manually. This made access impossible. Reinstalled it and it worked.
