How to draw a graph of Long Short Term Memory

I would like to draw a like this:

Can I draw this directly in latex?
Could you please give me some advices.

Welcome, TikZ can for sure do something like that. That documentation has a great tutorial which should get you started.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
