### GSview error: Unknown in Comments section at line ...

Hello there.

I am using TeXnicCenter, which uses MikTeX.

Everything compiles nicely, and I can view my files as DVI and PDF.

When I try to compile and view as a PS file, it compiles but then when the window opens I get:

Needless to say, I can't view the postscript file.

When I first installed TeXnicCenter, the PS would work for a while and then I'd get that error. I could compile as a DVI and PDF, and then PS would work again. Now it fails first time, and every time!

I have just uninstalled everything and reinstalled and I still get the problem.

I used to run the same programs on my MS Vista laptop without any errors. I currently have MS Windows 7.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I think this happens when some missing packages. Please try to open MiKTeX 2.8 --> Maintenance --> Settings. And there you see "Install missing packages on-the-fly" and choose Yes. Restart your computer. Try everything again. Hope it is helpful.
