When I compile to pdf I got those errors,

to show more clearly,

This is one source of problem.

Package inputenc Error: Unicode character ​ (U+200B)(inputenc) not set up for use with LaTeX. ....2 Statement of the problem}{4}{section*.4}

pdfTeX error (ext1): \pdfendlink cannot be used in vertical mode. ...{1.3.1 General Objective\\ }{6}{section*.6}
