General ⇒ MiKTex broken, can't even uninstall

Hi everyone,
I wanted to use LaTex after 5 years again to write my thesis. For this in installed MiKTex and Texmaker. But Texmaker didnt compile anything. So I tried to update MikTex but it only gives me an internal error with the following:
