PDF configurations?

Post by skyeRiquelme »

Hello Povo,
Im new here and have a quick question, about the PDF configurations that Overleaf creates.

I need that the generated PDF be editable......at the moment the PDF is permiting copying of the file, but not direct editing. Is this possible? Can I set the export configurations in Overleaf to allow editing?

Thanks You
Skye

And: Currently, Packt sells ebooks for $4.99 each if you buy 5 of their over 1000 ebooks. If you choose only a single one, $9.99. How about combining 3 LaTeX books with Python, gnuplot, mathplotlib, Matlab, ChatGPT or other AI books? Epub and PDF. Bundle (3 books, add more for higher discount): https://packt.link/MDH5p

PDF configurations?

Hi Skye,

were you able to solve your problem?

LaTeX generated PDF files should be editable. Tools such as the Adobe Acrobat (commercial) and PDFedit can be used for editing.

Generally, you can use PDFtk, the PDF toolkit, for changing PDF permissions.
