Page Layout ⇒ Verbose, Quotatio & Title

Hey there,
I have work since a long time on this document for my theisis, and I still have some issues.

1) For every title, I had a point after the number, and for the introduction there is no number but the point remain, how can I make in a way latex understand that I only need a point when there is number

2)I use the quotation environnement, but how can I define the with of this environnement.

3)For the bibliography, I use the Verbose style for Biblatex, and the layout of the footnote doesn't convince me, I would like to make in a way that when there si a book written on two line, the second line go full flushleft, it need to be a indent to be align with the line above
