### \dot is almost invisible

I find the decoration produced by \dot almost invisible. For example, the following code resulted the equation displayed in the attached image.
\left\{ \dot{p}_{k}=-\frac{\partial H}{\partial q_{k}}\right\} _{f},

I'm using LyX 2.2.3 on Windows 10 with 1920x1080 resolution. I guess the display context would be called the "Edit Pane".

I believe it is the correct markup to use in this context, and is rendered adequately in PDF, for example.

Is there something I can do to improve the visibility of that decoration when using LyX to edit a document?

Sorry. I thought I had signed up to a LyX forum. My bad.

Hi,

welcome to the forum!

We also talk about Lyx here, though mostly with a LaTeX viewpoint, at least for me. We have a Lyx subforum here too.

Many Lyx question concern the LaTeX below too. In this case it's actually pure Lyx GUI related. The newest Lyx improved displaying if math, did you try that?
