label minimum point of the function

Postby Rafi » Wed Jan 10, 2018 4:49 pm

can you please help me?
I use the code below to plot my data

grid = both,
minor tick num=3,
every major grid/.style={red, opacity=0.2},
height= 1\textwidth,
width = 0.95\textwidth,
ylabel=P Values]

\addplot table [smooth,mark=none,y=accuracy, x=itteration]{data.dat};

major tick length=0pt,
minor tick length=0pt,

I need to label the minimum point with its coordinate. I need a code to find the minimum value of the data.

Hi Rafi,

welcome to the forum!

Would you like to post complete (compilable) code? So we could test it. Of course, the used file data.dat would be needed too. We can post files here, as attachments to posts. The "Attachments" link is below the text edit field, when writing a post.
