When I worked with XP Windows then was ok but now I have Window 10

dcpic does not work with TEX Live and MiKTEX
I cannot reproduce this. If I copy the examples.tex file from texlive/2020/texmf-dist/doc/generic/dcpic/examples.tex and run pdflatex for it, I get some (usual) font substitution warnings but no error. And the result is as expected. So, as usual, you should show us a 
minimal working example.
