Vertically aligned Graphs

Postby chloe » Sat Nov 05, 2011 11:51 pm

Hi all,

I have 3 graphs that I need on the same page and vertically aligned. How can this been done in latex? I am used to the subfig commands, but I am not sure how to do it vertically.

Many thanks in advance,

Chloe

You don't really need a subfigure command here :

  1. \documentclass{article}
  2. \usepackage{graphicx}
  3. \usepackage{subfig}
  4. \usepackage{lipsum}
  5.
  6. \begin{document}
  7. \lipsum[1-2]
  8.
  9. \begin{figure}[p]\centering
  10. \framebox{First figure}
  11. \caption{caption}
  12.
  13. \framebox{Second figure}
  14. \caption{caption}
  15.
  16. \framebox{Third figure}
  17. \caption{caption}
  18. \end{figure}
  19. \end{document}

(The package "lipsum" is not part of the solution)
