For some reason my PDFview broke. Whenever I try to open a file after compilation it says in adobe acrobat (pro) that it can't find the file. TeXnicCenter's works fine. I haven't changed any settings. I have the Program Call set to %s.pdf and PDFLaTex first unchecked (though checking it does nothing to make the file open).
Thanks for any help.

Same issue as with TeXmaker - no full path given to acrobat. See this thread for more details and a workaround.

Well, I've set the full path (to Acrobat) and it still doesn't work. But the thread you pointed to suggests doing something different. Unfortunately (actually fortunately!) I've already uninstalled Winshell and opted for LEd which I find better than both TeXnicCenter and Winshell. Thanks for the help though!
Re: PDFView
I should probably be more precise in my anwser. I meant full path of pdf file passed to acrobat. Anyway, I'm glad that you've found a better solution for yourself.

Hi,
unclear what the actual problem was at that time. Also that was never reported to me by email. Although, WinShell works with Adobe, I personally recommend using SumatraPDF.
best regards
Ingo
