Unable to Launch LYX | Missing Platex.INI
Hi Pranitha,
seems the readers of this forum don't have a solution for this issue. You could ask a professional LaTeX consultant who may do a shared screen session with you and your computer.
I would re-install MiKTeX. Well, honestly said, I would de-install MiKTeX and install TeX Live.

Sure, that would work.
Any idea how to reach to support for a call?

I guess this prompt from MikTeX pops up because the user tried to open/create a LyX document whose language is set to Japanese. Unfortunately, MikTeX doesn't include pLaTeX (a Japanese LaTeX), you need to set document language to other languages (via Document > Settings > Language) or to use LaTeX distribution which include pLaTeX such as TeXLive.

Thank you,
All the languages are actually checked in Miktex, attached screenshot
Any idea if this could be causing the issue here?
Thanks,
Pranitha

Description here (LyX wiki) may help. It is mentioned that there are bugs in MikTeX and usage of TexLive is recommended.
