Is there a work around to get Lyx to run on Mac Ventura?

“LyX.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software."

The workaround on the web site apparently does not work on Ventura.

I've gotten past that hurdle.

How does one enable the VIEW button (CMD-R) at the far left? Mine is grayed out.
