Hello,

Has anyone created a template for the updated Springer-Nature latex files?

The svjour3 files are unavailable.

The Springer template chokes with a 'undefined control sequence' error when encountering '\bibcommenthead'.

Help appreciated.

I am facing this issue as well. Springer has released a new version of their latex package https://www.springernature.com/gp/autho ... or-support

I am trying to create a new layout following the instructions that can be found at https://wiki.lyx.org/Layouts/CreatingLayouts but I have not been succesful yet.

If any one has generated a template, could they share it?

Dear all

I just tried to install that layout file on my LyX 2.3 on MacOS 13.1 Ventura.
I put it in my layouts directory located in $HOME/Library/Application Support/LyX-2.3/layouts. but reconfigure does not add to the available layouts (it can not be found in textclass.lst) although the appropriate class in installed in my latex tree.

Solved my problem: for some strange reason, the layout was in html.
I did a first try but the title doesn't show and the author/affiliation field does not seem correct.

Any hint?

Finally got it to work. My LyX was messed up.
