the command line states the following
makeindex.exe -s OriginalConfirmation.ist -t OriginalConfirmation.glg -o OriginalConfirmation.gls "OriginalConfirmation.glo"
I've removed the xindy option when I include the glossaries package
It still states the following :- =(
