I'm wondering whether it is possible to automatically move the captions from the subfigures to the main caption.
In the example below, I would like to have in the main caption, something like, "Main Caption. (a) Subfigure 1. (b) Subfigure 2.", instead of having each caption individually ...

Of course you may replace the colon : by a dot, but I thought the colon would be more common.

I'm trying to follow your steps. However, I already had a LEd installation before. I'm trying to remove all the software and start again, but I always got the same result. I tried several versions of Ghostscript too.
