Hey!
I'm encountering a pretty much identical problem. I too have Windows XP and recently installed TexnicCenter and Miktex 2.9. I'm also running adobe 9. When I try to build the pdf, it says it cannot execute the command. I've tried everything already mentioned on this thread and it still doesn't ...
