I have been able to use, through command-line, the following, and produce an HTML file:

‘xhlatex filename "xhtml,uni-html4" " -cunihtf"’

It generates over 300,000 lines in less ...

If anyone else has some insight into the line breaks (and getting LaTeX to not break the lines in the output), I would be very appreciative!
