I am not good in LateX, but maybe I can help. I get error with color for rowcolor, command \rowcolor{NavyBlue}. If I change color for example to lightgray,orange,... it is work. I don't find why is that, but maybe it can help you.

I draw pictures using picture and pspicture enviroment. In pictures there is lines, cicles, text and formulas. I need to scale whole picture to adjust in my presentation. I try with \unitlength but this not scale whole image.

Is there a way to scale everything on picture?
