Let me explain myself a bit better:
1. I need both body text and footnotes either in an .html or a .txt file.
2. Exporting to .txt only sends the body text. Exporting to .html keeps the footnote numbers in the body text and a list of numbers at the end of the .html file ...

Select all & copy all text (body, footnotes, etc.) in LyX?
I need to have a .lyx document translated and would need to have in .txt the full text. If I do Select All + Paste into a .txt file, it only pastes the body text, not the footnotes, etc.
