I try in to do something like this within a p-type table cell
{\vspace{3pt}}\begin{small}\emph{\glsentryuseri{##1}}\end{small}
(I use the glossaries package, thats where \glsentryuseri comes from). However the Space created by vspace ends up after the first line of the text from inside the ...

Thank you very much Nicola, the solution works just fine. I stumbled briefly over the fact that i have to use two '#' instead of one '#' if I want too use that in the definition of a new \newglossarystyle enviornment
For my purposes the glossaryentryfield has to look like this:

Thank you very much, it does exactly what i want. Problem solved.
Upon reading your post, I tried simply wrapping the caption in a listing which lead to unsatisfying results, since an additional listings box popped up. So there has to be another way to make that numbering command public / available ...
