Angstrom problem
i'm trying to put the symbol for angstrom into an tabbed abbreviation list, but it ends up printing the little circle on top of the "A", out of line with the A itself
$\AA$\>\>\>\.{a}ngstr\"{o}m\\
any ideas???

Code to generate author name only citations
Hi all,
has anyone got some code they use to generate author only citations that I can pop into my .sty file
just- (Zimmer et al.) with no year
something like how shortcite is defined: \def\shortcite{\def\citename##1{}\@internalcite} but for author names only
cheers

Re: Equation captions
this won't give the equation it's own in-text caption though will it?

List of equations
Is there an easy way to create a list of equations? I have used \begin{equation} to number my equations and would like to form a list of them in my front matter, similar to that created for list of figures or list of tables.....
any ideas?

In-text citation order
Hi all,
just wondering if there is an easy way to sort the in-text citations within an article by year then author?
have to do it manually otherwise.....
any ideas?
