After reinstalling Miktex 2.8 on my Windows XP, and updating some packages, all went smoothly, and in the end i obtained my pdf example-version of the template. So, problem solved.

As you have suggested i have added Dutch from Start->programs->Miktex2.8->Maintenance(Admin)->Settings->Languages, and when i check for it, it appears with a "v" sign(like in the picture that you have ...
