I am using the masters-doctoral-thesis template found here https://www.latextemplates.com/template/masters-doctoral-thesis. I am trying to use minitoc package to insert a toc at the beginning of each chapter.
1) Add \usepackage{minitoc} to the preamble
2) Add \dominitoc after \begin ...
