Finally got it to work. My LyX was messed up.

Solved my problem: for some strange reason, the layout was in html.
I did a first try but the title doesn't show and the author/affiliation field does not seem correct.
Any hint?

I just tried to install that layout file on my LyX 2.3 on MacOS 13.1 Ventura.
I put it in my layouts directory located in $HOME/Library/Application Support/LyX-2.3/layouts. but reconfigure does not add to the available layouts (it can not be found in textclass.lst) although the appropriate ...
