Your class file contains the line

\DeclareRobustCommand{\,}{\thinspace}%

which creates an infinite loop with a fairly recent LaTeX-Kernel, as soon as you try to call \, (and \, is called within \maketitle here). Delete that line and notify the maintainer of that class.
