No PDF output after Lyx reinstall

Hi,

after a fresh install of Kubuntu 20.04 on a new SSD, I reinstalled Lyx (same version as before: 2.3.4.2) through the same process as usual, that is : sudo apt install lyx
sudo apt install texlive-lang-french

Here is my problem: I can open my .lyx files, but when I press CTRL+R to get a PDF ...
