That would really be a neat trick, since Kile doesn't have inline spellchecking, even on linux.
Or is there a new version out?
If it doesn't exist on Linux, it doesn't exist on Windows. The version of Kile in KDE for Windows is actually old, it's 2.1 beta 1.
I can't even get any spell-checking ...

NO andLinux is involved.
Just the "KDE on Windows" official project.
Kile is available only in the unstable release KDE 4.2.95. It's not available in any other releases of KDE on Windows. So you have to select that specific release while installing KDE in order to get Kile.
