Mine was here: C:\Documents and Settings\(your user name)\My Documents\ProTEXt\ProTeXt-2.2\MiKTeX\tm\packages

I found it by searching for miktex-zzdb1, and also that it already contained a large number of packages that hadn't been installed yet, including the one I wanted. To do that I used MiKTeX ...
