Hello,
I'm using algorithm2e. The package works well but the numbering is consecutive over all chapters. Is it possible to include the chapter number into the caption.

Hello,
I'm using TEXnicCenter 2.0 alpha, MikTEX 2.8 and Ghostscript 8.71 on Windows XP. I'm trying to use LATEX => PS => PDF, because EPS are included.
I get the following error message:
Ghostscript (ps2pdf)> %%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: mysetup ]%%
Ghostscript (ps2pdf)> GPL ...
