Hi Stefan,
I think I figured out my stupid mistake. I was not calling (using \gls{key}) the glossary items in my text. Sorry for that!
However, I need following modifications:
(a) I don't want to have hyperlinks activated for glossary items in the text. ( I can disable hyperlink in the preamble ...
