Problem with Hebrew Lyx

Hi,
I've been trying to install Lyx with Hebrew support.
I installed the latest Lyx 2.3 (not the "bundle" version), Miktex 2.9 and "Columns", did everything as shown here: http://www.ma.huji.ac.il/~sameti/tex/lyxprefs.html
It writes in hebrew perfectly well, but when I try to view as PDF or export ...
