Trouble with glossary

Hello together,

i am writing my thesis with latex and recieved an template ffrom my university.
The glossarie entrys are defined in an extra folder and .tex-document

My code looks like this:

\usepackage[acronym]{glossaries}

\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{List of Abbreviations ...
