Hi guys,
I'm using the "Master/Doctoral Thesis" template, and I need "List of Algorithms" to be appeared in the Table of Contents.
Would you please let me know that how I can do it?

Regarding the Master/Doctoral Thesis template, I have a problem in Bibliography style;
I have some bib items with same authors and different years,
how can I cite them in the text to appear with the same style?
In some cases they appear (Och and Ney, 2000) and (Och F.J. and H. Ney, 2002 ...

Maybe I should explain more;
When I cite a reference with more than three authors, I can see (bla et al. 2222) in body the text and it's ok, while as far as I know, in the main bibliography page, it should not appear the same! I mean in the bibliography page the names of all authors should appear ...

Any idea for appearing them names of all the authors in the bibliography?
