Realllyy I need help ..
I trying to wright my thesis and using Cambridge Template. Every thing fine with it but only one problem. The bibliography I need it for each chapter while in the template is for the whole thesis. I tried to change it but no way.

let say the header of the main column is S21 which contain column for mag and column for phase . I need to add another main column exactly as the S21

I writing ieee transaction paper. and I need to added table to the paper
I used the code below which is from the Ieee tran template.

I was working on word then I decided to use latex, so I am very new for Latex.
