color of the frame in hyperref

Hello
I have a question about the package hyperref. Can we hnage the colour of the frame which is by default in red ?
I know we can change the colour of the text aith the command \colorlinks , but I want the text still be in black and the frame in an other colour than red.
Is it possible ?
