Find "Real Names" for TeX fonts

Hi, I work for a publisher and we frequently receive author supplied content using TeX font naming conventions. Sometimes it is easy to find the original fonts, but not always.

Is there a central location that I can search by the TeX font name prefix? E.g. "TT24D" for "TT24DAo000"?
