Do you mean run install-tl-advanced as an administrator?

After downloading and burning the TeX Live 2017 ISO on a DVD. I tried to run it in my PC but I had the following error:

perl.exe stopped working

Can anyone help me? I looked for this in Google, but no results were achieved...
