I looked at some solution like \usepackage[hyphens]{url}
but it did not work, maybe because the spaces are not in the link itself?

I am using book document
when I view my work on pdf, some of references looks like this with spaces. how to avoid them?
Can I change "bibliography" to "references"?

I found a solution

when I insert simple figure every thing is O.k but, when I insert figure float I had this problem the figure appear in the top of the document
