I work with chemstyle to finish my thesis. I export my molecules from chemdraw to eps and use TMP captions, which in turn change with Chemstyle in the latex file to the correct numbering.

But I am getting the following error: Package auto-pst-pdf Warning:Creation of Chemwrite4-pics.pdf failed ...

Thanks for the reply. I am currently in the process of making it academically acceptable but wanted to get rid of the errors first. I changed my bib file now and made a shorter version of my report. The whole thing can be ran completely from the zip file I attached. The file in question is forum2 ...

I implemented a bibliography in my first Latex report with the help of some Youtube videos but everytime I run it I get an error.The strange thing is that I can make PDF from my report fine and citing works as well. Still I want to get rid of the error messages.

I'm using Texmaker. The log file in the attachment is obtained when I run the template in XeLaTeX.

I downloaded a latex template for a resume. I installed the fonts and switched the compiler to LuaLaTex or XeLaTex but I receive the same message with both compiling methods:
