I repeated the TeX Live installer for a 3rd time and it worked! Thank you for your help.

I reran the installer and it did not work the second time either.

Deleting MiKTeX and TexNicCenter and installing TeX Live did not work either.
I got this error message when installing TeX Live:
Output folder: C:\Users\Evan\AppData\Local\Temp\nsdBBD7.tmp

Is TeX live supported on Windows 10 (Or Windows 8)?

Deleting and redownloading MikTeX didn't help.

I tried using Texworks and it failed as well. "C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\miktex-pdftex.exe did not succeed."

Any thoughts? (Also, I am running Windows 10 64 bit if that matters).
