I would like to redefine my proof environment so that if the content of the proof environment is only, say, 3 lines or fewer, then the entire proof environment will just start on a new page. Here is a MWE:

\usepackage{lipsum}
\usepackage{amsthm}

\begin{document ...

I am a first year graduate student in pure mathematics. I have been using LaTeX for a few years now, however this is the very first forum I have ever joined. I am excited to explore the vast knowledge offered here!
