I posted a picture with the distances I spoke about.
How can I change these?

Hm, both newcommands doesnt work... cgnieders version doesnt change anything and with johannes_bs version I get a bigger distance...
\vplus{-3.5ex} works, but the position of the text is no stranger than before...the distance from the end of the text to the box is bigger than from the beginning of ...

blocktitle for aufgabenstellung is not a good solution, because the box with the title become too big...I have to write many things on this poster...
I have done it now with \textbf ...

I designed a poster with the style tikzsposter. My problems are the too big distances between title of the poster and a box and the position of the text in a box
I tried already the options given in tikzposter, but nothing has worked... Is it possible to change that distances?
