Hi,

In my article, I want Latex never produced inter-word space less than the width of a small letter "m" in the current font. Is there a simple way to achieve that?

\usepackage[cp1251]{inputenc}
\usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}

which I guess are for encoding, and which are good for old TeXnicCenter and for TexWorks editor, but not for the new TeXnicCenter. I think also there should be some default settings which ...
