Good morning,
I learned it is good practice to put your name as header on each page of the CV. I am using Classicthesis-Styled CV. I tried to use the fancyhdr package but it returns me an error message:

LaTeX Error: Command \chead already defined.
Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual ...
