Align columns baselines in multicol (with gridset?)

Hello, I'm trying to get this layout to work

but I need to add some space under the title to get the baselines to be aligned. Can you help me out please?
Note:
My image is 851x571 in size.
I've tried using gridset but it didn't work, so I didn't use it in the MWE ...
