I am using the template http://www.latextemplates.com/template/masters-doctoral-thesis, but i want to have the page numbering in the bottom right.

I tried deleting the lines about fancyhdr in thesis.cls and added \fancyfoot[R]{\thepage}.

It works half way, but the first page of each ...
