I have been using Lyx 2.1 with miktex 2.9 on windows 7 based system untill now. I recently was given a windows 8.1 based PC at work. When I tried to view my PhD thesis on then new machine, the formatting was all disturbed. When I rechecked it on my windows 7 based laptop, it was fine there ...

Journal of Nuclear Medicine Technology
I want to use the journal of nuclear medicine technology referencing style with docear4word. My problem is when I install and use it, the references disappear.
It is apparently based on the AMA style, but there are differences.
