Nomenclature heading
I have a Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables, and Nomenclature in my front matter, with headings at the top of the page. However, the Nomenclature is two pages long, and the second page of it carries the 'List of Tables' header. Is there any way to change that?

Re: Dictionary headers using fancyhdr
Thank you very much! This is much clearer, and it eliminates some of the redundancies found in the document.

Dictionary headers using fancyhdr
I'd like to create a dictionary with indices at the top that show the first and last headwords on each page. However, the documentation for the fancyhdr package is a bit opaque on the matter. Specifically the following lines from section 10 of the fancyhdr documentation leave me baffled:

Reduce vertical spacing in Covington examples
I'm using LyX 2.0.7 on Ubuntu 13.10. I have a lot of examples using the Covington package (usually but not always along with the ExPex package in ERT) and there is way too much vertical space between the end of the paragraph that precedes it and the start of the text. How can I reduce it?

Full author year in text citation
I'm using biblatex, and I'm trying to avoid having (ibid.) appear in my references. Is there a way to do that?
This is the relevant portion of my preamble:

Re: Remove chapter number from references, problems sequenci
Answering my own question:
It works if you set ExPex to not number the example itself, and instead use the Example text setting provided by the Linguistics module. However, you may need to offset the number to get it inside the margins.

Remove chapter number from references, problems sequencing
I'm writing a linguistics dissertation in a KOMA-script book class and am numbering my examples continuously throughout the chapters using the expex package and not the Covington examples that come with LyX, rather than restarting at each chapter. I'd like my cross-references to just follow that ...
